Inspired by Hedkandi Salon and designed for hairdressers by hairdressers, Hedkandi Pro Academy is focused on aligning success behind the chair with technical development and business building, creating a higher industry standard.

Jereme Bokitch (left) graduated from Marvel College in Saskatoon before moving to Calgary to launch his styling career. He did everything he could to bring a cool salon to Calgary, starting what is now Hedkandi in 1999. 18 years later, he is the fearless leader of three distinct brands  totalling six locations (Hedkandi Salon, Butter Beauty Parlour, and Johnny's Barber + Shop). As a stylist, he was named "New Comer of the Year," and "Men's Hair Stylist of the Year" by Canadian Hairdressers Magazine. As a business owner and community leader, he was distinguished as one of Avenue Magazine's Top 40 Under 40. His leadership has seen him invited as a distinguished guest to events hosted by Estee Lauder, Bumble and Bumble, PARK, and more.

Kristin Page (right) considers herself a hair architect; she loves sculpting, shaping, and constructing hair. Kristin started doing hair at the age of 17 and in 2003 was hired by Jereme as both a stylist and an educator at Hedkandi. She soon became an International Redken Artist and has since travelled across Canada, the United States, and Europe educating others and pursuing her own professional and artistic growth. Kristin was an Avant Garde Editorial stylist finalist at the Behind the Chair Awards, Contessa Awards, and the Mirror Awards. Her editorial work has also taken her to Toronto and New York Fashion Week.

Both Kristin and Jereme  bring their knowledge, leadership, and passion to Hedkandi Pro Academy in the aim of helping stylists from across their networks to elevate their ability and their craft.
